Your use of our website or any of Thmanyah Publishing and Distribution Company's services constitutes your acceptance of this policy and all the provisions contained therein.

"We," "us," or "our" refers to Thmanyah Publishing and Distribution Company.
"You" or "user" refers to the person(s) who use the website and services of Thmanyah Publishing and Distribution Company.
"The Law" refers to the Personal Data Protection Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia issued under Royal Decree No. (M/19) dated 09/02/1443 and its amendments.
"The Platform" refers to our digital platform thmanyah.com and all related subdomains, smartphone and smart TV applications, and other usage platforms.

Data We Collect

If you start using Thmanyah's platform and applications, we may collect this information, including but not limited to:

Personal Profile Data: To be able to use our platform fully, including using all the platform’s features, interacting, and sharing your comments on programs. We need to store your name, phone number, email address, profile picture, and personal identifier. However, you are not required to register and share this information with us, and you can use most of Thmanyah's features anonymously if you prefer.
Technical Statistics: To be able to use our platform fully, we need to store your IP addresses and collect data through external tools to automatically detect any errors that may occur during use.
User Experience Statistics: Collected through external tools, this information helps us improve the experience, such as a record of your visits and interactions with programs within the platform, your follows of people, programs, and sports teams, your device type and operating system, your geographical location, and your interests.
Surveys and Technical Support: We store your messages sent through technical support forms and your responses to all surveys.
Episodes and Programs: We store the programs and sports teams you watch and follow, to recommend programs and send marketing notifications that suit your interests. We cannot know who watches what, as data indicating users is encrypted.

Social Media

We use various websites and platforms to distribute and publish content, but the mechanisms of those sites in collecting and using your data are completely outside our control, and we bear no responsibility for them. However, if you wish, with a quick search, you can find the privacy policy of any social media platform.

How We Use Your Data

We may use your data in several cases, for the following purposes:

To communicate with you and answer your questions
To discover technical issues and provide solutions
To be informed about our audience's opinions on their experience and address their needs regarding features and content

How We Store and Secure Data

We store your personal data on secure servers inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or outside it in accordance with the Laws's provisions and this policy.

When the required period for storing your personal data expires, we destroy it securely to ensure it cannot be retrieved by permanently deleting it from databases.

With Whom We Share Your Data

In general, we will not share your data with any outside entities, and we always strive to keep it private. However, we rely in some tasks on external tools and services that we cannot perform internally. Therefore, we may need to share your data with external parties, such as hosting services for data storage and processing, and analytics tools.

When we share your data with any external party, we take several precautions to ensure its security and confidentiality, requiring them to use it only to perform the required tasks.

Children's Data

We do not collect information from children under 13 intentionally. If you are under 13, do not share your information with us. If you are a parent of a child who has shared their information with us, please contact us through ask@thmanyah.com to delete it immediately.

We believe it is your right to know what data of yours is stored with us, to modify it, delete it, or object to it at any time you wish, as long as it does not violate the Laws or negatively affect others' rights. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need our help with anything of this nature.

Messages and Notifications

We may use your data, after obtaining your explicit consent, for marketing and promoting our products. From the platform settings, you can customize your notifications on Thmanyah easily or turn them off completely. At the bottom of any email message you receive from Thmanyah, you will find an "unsubscribe" button - clicking on it will cancel your subscription from the newsletter.

Data Security

We always take strict preventive measures to protect your data from loss, theft, leakage, corruption, and unauthorized use. Despite all these measures, there is always a margin for error. Even now, there is no guaranteed and 100% secure way to store and transmit data. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the security of your data with absolute certainty.

In case of a security breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you as soon as sufficient information about the incident is available and give you the information you need to protect your privacy and data security.

Thmanyah's services and products may contain links or connections to websites and other entities belonging to third parties on the internet. Whether these links appear in our products or as references to external sources, they remain outside our operational control and are not managed by us. These links are subject to the supervision and management of the concerned third parties, and we consider everything these entities provide in terms of information, data, or practices to be their exclusive responsibility and have no connection to Thmanyah.

Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy is subject to interpretation and implementation in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation or implementation of this Policy, the courts of Riyadh shall have jurisdiction to adjudicate it.

2. 💳 Subscription Policy

At Thmanyah platform, we believe that subscription is your decision. You have the right to understand all the details before you pay: when it starts, when it ends, and when it renews. We wrote this policy in clear language to help you act with confidence and manage your subscription comfortably.

What is Thmanyah’s platform?

Thmanyah’s platform is one of the products of Thmanyah Publishing and Distribution Company, and is considered the exclusive broadcaster of Saudi League competitions and major local tournaments. It will be officially launched in August 2025.

Can I try the platform for free?

Yes, you can try the platform for free with limited features.

Can I watch previous matches?

Yes, you can go back and watch any match or program that was broadcast live on Thmanyah platform, unless its broadcasting rights are restricted according to broadcasting agreements.

What does the paid subscription include?

Your subscription includes watching all programs, matches, and live broadcasts available on the platform, in addition to an exclusive content library from Thmanyah's sports and entertainment productions.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay with Apple Pay, Credit Card, or Tamara to pay the annual fee in installments.

The subscription price is deducted from the payment method upon registration and automatically renews unless canceled.

How is the subscription duration calculated?

Your plan starts from the payment date and ends on the same day of the following month or year (depending on the plan type). Example: If you subscribe on August 20, the subscription ends on the 20th of the following month or year.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time through account settings:

Annual Plan:

We stop the renewal, and your service remains active until the end of the year. The amount is not refunded.

Early Subscription Plan:

Cannot be canceled or refunded after payment, as it is specific to a defined period and at a promotional price.

Can I pause the subscription temporarily?

No, we don't currently support temporarily pausing the subscription, but you can cancel your plan and the automatic renewal at any time.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes. When we launch additional plans (such as the family plan), you can upgrade to it directly, and we'll recalculate your subscription price based on what remains of your current plan.

Can I get a refund?

We do not refund paid amounts, except in case of a persistent technical malfunction that prevents you from using the service for more than 7 consecutive days. In this case, contact us and we will evaluate your request based on the technical situation.

How many devices can I use?

You can log in from an unlimited number of devices. However, viewing is available from only two devices at a time.

What platforms are supported?

You can use Thmanyah platform applications on web, iOS, and Android. In addition to smart TV applications available on Apple TV, Android TV, Samsung Smart TV, and LG Smart TV.

What are the platform's technical requirements?

We recommend internet speed of no less than 9 Mbps for watching live broadcasts in medium quality, 15 Mbps for watching in high quality "HD", and 25 Mbps for watching in 4K quality.

Does Thmanyah platform work outside Saudi Arabia?

Yes, you can use Thmanyah platform outside Saudi Arabia, but Thmanyah's rights for sports broadcasting and live streaming are limited to the Middle East and North Africa. If you are in a country outside this geographical range, you cannot watch sports broadcasting.

Additional Notes

Sharing the account with non-subscribers is prohibited and considered a violation of the terms of use.
We reserve the right to suspend or review the account in case of unusual or abusive usage behavior.
